বিঃদ্রঃ যারা হাতে লিখা পাসপোর্ট পরিবর্তন করে ডিজিটাল করবেন তাদের ক্ষেত্রে পূর্বের ন্যায় কম্পিউটারে পূরণকৃত ০৪ (চার) পাতার ফরম ও প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র লাগবে।
